Grilling season is just around the corner, and that means burgers, brats, and dogs – one of my favorite things about summer. This is a staple every year; however, I want something with low-fat and calories. My perfect solution is my mom’s turkey burgers. It is the easiest recipe, delicious, and only 90 calories! Can’t beat that.
1 pound lean ground turkey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg white
1/4 to 1/2 cup fresh or dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients. Add enough bread crumbs to firm up the mixture.
2. Divide into 6 portions and form into patties
3. Grill, broil, or cook
